Terrible first impression! On the first visit the tasks that were promised (BY CONTRACT) were incomplete.The second visit was incomplete. and still billed as if it were done right. Unauthorized charge on credit card. Then when I tried to quit them they charged me a fee for that. Seems pretty lopsided! I will never do business with them again!!
I’ve used All Star for several years and I’ve hardly seen insects at either one of my houses. The past few years, bugs have been bad since the winters weren’t that cold but I haven’t had any trouble with bug infestations. Great work from all the technicians! Thank you!

We never have problems with pests anymore. Cole our tech is always very friendly and does a great job making sure our needs are met. They never say no when i ask if they can do something extra, like spray my daughters playhouse, etc. Would recommend!
All Star Pest Control is always very professional about any service needed. I like how the tech explains everything and is helpful with any questions I may have. I called them about an issue I was unsure about related to wood bees and within a day it was taken care of. I have only had the inside of my house treated once and from just the outside pest treatments being done on schedule, I have had no problems with the inside of my house needing to be treated.
